Founded in 2008 by former officers of Canadian military aviation, Britelynx has cut his teeth developing an operational management system for tactical aviation in Canada, which was used as far as Afghanistan.
Capable of handling the training of all personnel, certifications and schedules of technicians and flight crews, missions and the tasking of helicopters in a complex and dynamic environment, this system has served as a launching pad for our recently marketed application.
The Britelynx platform was developed in partnership with our clients to best meet the operations management requirements of service companies. In doing so, the Britelynx team has built a unique expertise and an extensive network in this area.
Britelynx makes it easy for your workforce to collaborate together and assign the right assets to the right tasks. As military officers and entrepreneurs, we have faced many times the numerous challenges that managers go through everyday and we have developped Britelynx based on that experience.
Most of the solutions out there are designed around isolated traditional business functions such as Finance, HR or Project Management and often leave team managers with only white boards or spreadsheets to fulfill their basic requirements. In reality, crucial aspects of operations management like employees qualifications, equipment certifications, asset availability, workforce mobility, assignment conformity or regulation compliance are regularly overlooked due to a lack of flexibility and collaboration in those applications.
